Hey! How was our first free course?
Let's stop and think about the fundamental reasons why there are conflicts.
In many cases, we want others to do many things. Like for example, when we achieved something great, we want to be praised. Some people wants to be asked something and others want them to be accepting and welcoming. You might want the world to be always nice and kind. You might want others to be supporting you more. You might want others to be as they are and have not much to ask.
It is natural that we want to be done or behaved in certain ways because all of us are creating our own world with our achievement. Still we want to coexist with others in creative ways because it is essential to get inspired by others.
When these rules and expectations get betrayed, we feel violated and get defensive.
It is not just people we have expectations for. We want our house to be spacey and clean, for example. When our expectations don't get fulfilled, we get frustrated.
And, it is not just one time that we expect. We expect something, then get fulfilled or not, then that records somehow get accumulated in our minds and start creating some complex feelings.
There are many "relationships" in the world, you and me, you and the room you are at, you and the country you live in, you and your friend...
Given that the world is created with love and everything we get is a great gift that we thank for, there MUST be a better way to live and be in the world, and one of the methods is to keep our mind at the zero point by cleansing the relationship toxin everyday before going to bed.
